Obstinance

When you are a child of a scholar of Human Development and Family Studies, you are afflicted with constant prodding by your parent. When you are the a scholar of Human Development and Family Studies, you are afflicted with non-compliant children:




No more than two days prior to this video, I got Topher to give Megan a perfect demonstration of the walking reflex (among other reflexes).  Once we decided to get a video of it, however, Topher moved quickly (and by "quickly" I mean "not at all") to stymie our plans.  Apparently, Topher has an innate ability to play dead when his parents get too silly.  I'm sure it will serve him well through the years.

The first thing I thought when I saw the video was, he looks like he is asleep. It reminds me of a video we took of Will at about a month old with Pat propping him up and making him dance. Oh the weird things we do to our children :) And I'm not sure how to comment on the other video. Other than, I was impressed with the notes he was able to play on that toy piano.

I love the video of Topher and I feel for him having to put up with both of you! I can totally see him rolling his eyes at the funny things you will make him do! How cute! I want more videos!!! PS I loved the music video of Topher! I did not cry. oh side note the verification word to this comment is whaterdi...cool.
